Everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and the fit guarantee.

Rental orders ship seven days before your event date. You'll get a tracking email when it leaves our warehouse — usually arrives within 2–3 business days of shipping. That gives you 4–5 days to try it on, request any swaps, and feel ready for your event.

Free both ways. Every rental order ships free to you and includes a prepaid return label. Every purchase order ships free over $139. We do not ship internationally yet.

Pack everything back in the same garment bag and box it arrived in (we include a prepaid return label). Drop it at any UPS location, or use our 24/7 drop-box on the side of the Palmyra showroom. Returns are due within three days after your event. No laundering needed — we handle all of it.

Late fee is $20 per day after the return-by date (three days after your event). If you're going to be late, call us — we can usually work something out. After 10 days of late fees, the rental is treated as lost and we'll charge the replacement cost to your card on file.

Standard fee on every rental. Covers normal wear, accidents, minor stains, and small repairs. Without it, you'd be on the hook for any damage. With it, you only owe replacement cost for major loss or destruction. We auto-include it so you never get a surprise bill.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unaltered, with original tags. Refund issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. Custom alterations void the return policy. After 14 days, sales are final.
