When should you order?
3+ weeks out
Lock in the look and send invites. Earlier is calmer — most parties start 2–4 months ahead.
~10 days before
Rentals arrive with time to try everything on. Wrong size? We ship a free replacement.
The big day
Look sharp. That's the whole job.
Within 3 days after
Drop the rental in the prepaid return bag and hand it to any UPS location. Done.
Cutting it close? Order 2 weeks out and you're still fine — we'll flag anything tight before you pay.
Wedding party questions
How do my groomsmen get fitted without coming to a store?
Each guest gets a personal link by text or email. They answer a 90-second fit quiz — height, weight, a few build questions — and our fit team picks their exact sizes from thousands of real fittings, then double-checks every order before it ships. Prefer in person? We also fit by appointment at our Palmyra, NJ showroom.
Can I pay for some people and let others pay for themselves?
Yes. When you add each member you choose who pays. People you cover go into one group checkout — one payment, and each rental still ships to its wearer's address. Self-paying guests check out from their own invitation page.
What if something doesn't fit when it arrives?
Rentals arrive about 10 days before your event so there's time to try everything on. If a piece is off, we ship a replacement size free. A required $10 damage waiver covers normal wear.
How do returns work?
Every rental ships with a prepaid return label. Within 3 days after your event, put it in the return bag and drop it at any UPS location. Late returns run $20 per day, so set a reminder — we send one too.
Can we buy instead of rent?
Most of our tuxedos and suits are available to rent or to buy and keep. You can even mix it within one party — the groom buys, the groomsmen rent the matching look.
