Common questions
Anyone in the wedding party renting a tuxedo or suit through us: groomsmen, the bride's father, the groom's father, ushers, and ring-bearers. Once five paid rentals confirm in the group, the groom's rental is automatically free at checkout — including the full look (jacket, pants, shirt, vest, tie, shoes, accessories).
No problem. Each party member sizes up via our 12-question online sizing quiz from wherever they live, and we ship each look to their address. They don't have to come to the showroom unless they want to.
You set a deadline when the group is created (usually 4–6 weeks before the wedding). If a member hasn't ordered by then, you'll see it on your dashboard with plenty of time to nudge them or remove them. The free groom rental kicks in based on confirmed paid rentals, so it auto-adjusts.
The base tuxedo or suit style stays consistent across the party (so everyone looks coordinated in photos). But add-ons can vary by member — different shirts, different ties, different shoes if you want. The groom can also wear a different base style than the groomsmen if you want him to stand out.
